Zvinoshamisa Pea Soup

Dzimwe nguva peas mubindu haisati yaibva, uye zvitoro zvezvitoro hazvina kunaka. Iyi iresiphi yepea soup yakakwana isingade peas kuti iparadzanise kubva kumapodhi. Soup yechokwadi legume vanoda.

Ingredients:

  • 12 makapu emvura
  • 900 gr. pizi dzakasvibirira
  • 1/3 kapu yakanyatsochekwa dill yakachena, pamwe nekuwedzera zvishoma kuti ugadzire imwe neimwe inoshumira
  • 1 teaspoon yemunyu
  • Nyowani pasi pepper yekuravira
  • 3/4 mukombe wakaderera-mafuta chaiwo yogati

Kugadzirira:

1. Birai mvura muhomwe huru. Wedzera peas, ramba uchibika, uchikurudzira dzimwe nguva, kwemaminetsi makumi mashanu.

2. Shandisa chipunu chakapatsanurwa kuendesa chikamu chimwe muzvitatu chemakanda mudura rekugadzira chikafu. Wedzera 1/2 mukombe wemvura kubva muchopu uye panya (chenjera kana uchibata zvinwiwa zvinopisa). Chinjana huwandu kune ndiro huru. Dzokorora nemapea akasara, uchiwedzera 1 mukombe wemvura. Dzvanya iyo puree uye yasara mvura kuburikidza nesefa yakanaka, uchichenjerera kuburitsa yakawanda mvura sezvinobvira.

3. Dzorera muto muhari, uuye kumota, ramba uchibika pamoto wakadzika kusvikira zviri mukati zvaderedzwa ne3 nguva (anenge 6 makapu), anenge 30-35 maminitsi. Zvadaro wobva wawedzera miriwo yakagurwa, munyu uye pepper. Dururirai muto mundiro, wedzera yoghurt uye shongedza imwe neimwe inoshandiswa nedhiri.
