Zvinwiwa zvisiri-doro zvetafura yeGore Idzva

Nemari shoma shoma, nguva uye kushanda nesimba, unogona kugadzira zvinwiwa zvine hutano uye zvinonaka zvekumba zvisiri doro. Dururira muto weapuro mupoto woisa pamoto. Isu tinopisa muto kune kupisa kunopisa, kuwedzera zvinonhuwira, bhotela uye kubika pamoto muduku kwemaminitsi 5-7, zvichikurudzira nguva dzose.

Bvisa pani kubva pakupisa uye simbisa muto weapuro kuburikidza ne cheesecloth kana strainer yakanaka. Wedzera uchi kune muto weapuro uye fambisa kusvikira yapera zvachose. 

CHINWA CHINHU

- mudzi we ginger

– 2 ndimu

- 1 hl turmeric

- 50 g uchi 

Whisk zvose zvinoshandiswa mu blender. Zadza nemvura (inopisa kana kutonhora) pamwero we 2-3 mashupuni pamukombe. 

CRANBERRY PUNCH

- 100 magiramu cranberries

- 100 ml cranberry juice

- 500 ml muto weorenji

- 500 ml juice yeapuro

- muto we1 lime

- zvimedu zveorenji uye lime

- chidimbu che nutmeg 

Sakanidza cranberry, orange, lime uye juice yeapuro, kupisa pamoto, usaunza kumota.

Isa mamwe cranberries, zvimedu zvishoma zvemichero yecitrus pasi pegirazi. Dururira muto unodziya.

TIBETAN TEA

- 0,5 litres emvura

- 10 zvidimbu. carnation inflorescences

- 10 zvidimbu. cardamom pods

- 2 tsp. green tea

- 1 tsp black tea

 - 1 hl Jasmine

- 0,5 l yemukaka

- 4 cm mudzi we ginger

- 0,5 tsp. nutmeg 

Dururira mvura mupoto wofashaidza. Wedzera cloves, cardamom uye 2 maspuniki egreen tea. Uya kumota zvakare wodira mumukaka, tii yakasviba, ginger yakakanyiwa uye uuye kumota zvakare. Isa nutmeg uye ubike kwemaminitsi mashanu. Mushure meizvozvo, tinomiririra kwemaminitsi mashanu, sefa uye kushumira. 

CHAI MASALA

- 2 makapu emvura

– 1 kapu yemukaka

- 4 tbsp. l. black tea

- zvinotapira

- 2 mabhokisi e cardamom

– 2 mhiripiri nhema

- 1 nyeredzi anise

- 2 carnation inflorescences

- 0,5 tsp fennel mbeu

- 1 tsp ginger yakakangwa

- chidimbu che grated nutmeg 

Gaya zvinonhuwira uye sanganisa. Uyai netii, mvura nemukaka zvibike mumudziyo mumwe. Bvisa kupisa uye uwedzere spice mix. Rega isimbise kwemaminitsi 10-15. Tinosefa uye tinoshumira. 

Ndinokushuvirai zororo rakanaka uye gore rinoziva, rakachena, rinoshamisa!
