Thai dhiza mupunga ne broccoli
 

Ingredients: 100 magiramu emupunga wemusango, imwe yepakati matomatisi, 100 magiramu ebroccoli, hanyanisi yepakati, 100 magiramu eholiflower, imwe yepakati bhero mhiripiri, 3 clove yegariki, 50 magiramu esoya muto, 2 sprigs yebasil uye 2 sprigs cilantro, curry kuravira, 1 tbsp. l. mafuta omuorivhi.

Kugadzirira:

Kutanga, bika mupunga. Kuti uite izvi, dururira mupunga mupoto, dururira 200-300 milliliters emvura, munyu uye simmer pasi pechifukidziro chakavharwa kwenguva inoratidzwa papepa.

 

Panguva ino, cheka miriwo nemishonga. Cheka hanyanisi, mhiripiri negariki zvakanaka, cheka matomatisi kuita madiki cubes, cheka basil uye cilantro, uye bvisa broccoli necauliflower kuita inflorescences.
