Karoti muto

Iyi yakapusa karoti muto inokupa iwe mukana wekuti ushandise makarotsi awakakanganwa kare mudhishi rako rekicheni.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon batare
  • 1 tablespoon yakawedzera mhandara yemafuta emuorivhi
  • 1 ari pakati peeiii, akachekwa
  • 1 tsanga ye celery, yakachekwa
  • 2 garlic cloves, yakasungwa
  • 1 teaspoon itsva yakagurwa thyme kana parsley
  • 5 makapu akachekwa makarotsi
  • 2 makapu emvura
  • 4 makapu ane munyu zvishoma kana yemiriwo stock (ona manotsi)
  • 1/2 mukombe kirimu yakasanganiswa nemukaka
  • 1/2 teaspoon munyu
  • Nyowani pasi pepper yekuravira

Kugadzirira:

1. Sungunusa bhotoro mugate pamusoro pepakati moto. Wedzera hanyanisi, celery, kubika, zvichikurudzira dzimwe nguva, kusvikira miriwo iri nyoro, ingangoita maminetsi 4-6. Wedzera gariki, thyme (kana parsley) uye bika, uchikurudzira pano neapo kwemasekondi gumi.

2. Wedzera karoti muhari. Dururira muto nemvura, uuye kumota pamusoro pekupisa kukuru. Wobva waderedza kupisa uye ramba uchibika kusvikira miriwo iri nyoro, ingangoita maminetsi makumi maviri nemashanu.

3. Chinjana zvese ku blender uye puree (chenjera pakubata zvinwiwa zvinopisa). Wedzera kirimu nemukaka, munyu uye pepper muto.
