  • 1 Banana
  • 2 ½ makapu yakaderera mafuta yogati
  • ½ mukombe mvura inotonhora
  • 1 tsp uchi hwemvura

Zvaunofanira kuita:

Dzvora bhanana, uicheke uye uiise mugirazi ye blender pamwe chete nezvimwe zvinhu. Rova kusvikira yatsetseka wodira mumagirazi. Bvumira kutonhora zvishoma mufiriji usati washumira.

Melon uye sitirobhu smoothie

  • 125 g vise
  • 125 g sitirobheri
  • 6-7 mazaya echando

Zvaunofanira kuita:

Peta melon, mastrawberries uye ice mu blender. Rova kusvikira yatsetseka. Dururira mugirazi refu.

Blackberry smoothie

  • ½ mukombe mabhero machena
  • ½ bhanana
  • 1 muto weorenji
  • 1 awa. L. vanilla shuga

Rova zvese zvinoshandiswa mublender (e) kusvika zvinyoro. Dururira mugirazi uye inwa pakarepo!
