- 1 Banana
- 2 ½ makapu yakaderera mafuta yogati
- ½ mukombe mvura inotonhora
- 1 tsp uchi hwemvura

Dzvora bhanana, uicheke uye uiise mugirazi ye blender pamwe chete nezvimwe zvinhu. Rova kusvikira yatsetseka wodira mumagirazi. Bvumira kutonhora zvishoma mufiriji usati washumira.

- 125 g vise
- 125 g sitirobheri
- 6-7 mazaya echando
Zvaunofanira kuita:
Peta melon, mastrawberries uye ice mu blender. Rova kusvikira yatsetseka. Dururira mugirazi refu.
