Kugadzirira Easter vegan

 

Chocolate Easter mazai ane nzungu ruomba 

 

- 3/4 kapu yakasikwa peanut butter isina shuga yakawedzerwa

- 2 st. l. kokonati mafuta

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp mvura stevia 

- 1 kapu chokoreti chips (zvichida chokoreti isina shuga yakawedzerwa)

- 2 st. l. kokonati mafuta 

1. Nyungudusa kokonati nenzungu butter, wobva wanyatsosanganisa. 2. Sanganisa vanilla extract uye stevia. 3. Dururira musanganiswa muzviumbwa zvakafanana nezai uye uise mufiriji kweawa. 4. Bvisa kubva kune zviumbwa, uparadze pamapepa ematehwe. 5. Kuti ufukidze, nyungudusa kokonati mafuta uye chokoti chips, funganya kusvikira yakanyorova. 6. Dururirai musanganiswa unoguma muhuturu kusvika hafu. 7. Zvino nyika mazai akaomeswa nenzungu muchokoreti kusvika anyatsoavhara.

8. Isa mufiriji, kumirira kusvikira yaoma.

Tofu Easter neMazambiringa uye Candied Zest 

- 200 ml yemiriwo cream (kana mukaka wesoya, zvichienderana nekuenderana kwaunoda)

- 300 gr bhinzi muto / tofu

- 3 tbsp. l. margarine yemiriwo / kupararira

- 2 tbsp. l. zvipunu zvehuga

- 100 g maarumondi, akagochwa uye akachekwa

- 100g candied zest kana zvihwitsi michero

- 50 gr mazambiringa akaomeswa

- grated peel ye1 orange

- 3 tbsp. l. muto weremoni

- 2 tsp vanilla shuga

 

1. Whisk the beans curd/tofu, cream ne butter kusvika zvinyoro.

2. Wedzera zvakasara zvinoshandiswa uye nyatsosanganisa

Padanho iri, zvakakosha kugadzirisa kuravira: Isita inofanira kunge ine mwero inotapira uye panguva imwe chete ine kuvava. 2. Ivhara sieve ne gauze uye uise kunze misa

3. Isa sieve pamusoro pendiro yakadzika, vhara nechifukidziro uye uise mufiriji usiku hwose 4. Zuva rinotevera, bvisa Easter kubva musero, bvisa cheesecloth uye uise pandiro.

5. Kushongedza nemichero yakakanyiwa uye mazambiringa akaomeswa.

Vegan karoti keke 

 

- 1 karoti yakakura

- muzana remakore rechi5 l. maple syrup

– 2/3 st. soy kana kokonati mukaka

- 2,5 makapu eupfu

- 20 g mbiriso itsva

- chipunu chemunyu

- 2 tsp vanilla yakabviswa kana 1 vanilla mhodzi

- 4 tbsp. maspuni muriwo kana kokonati mafuta  

- 220 g shuga yehupfu

- 2 maspuniki orenji / muto weremoni

1. Birai karoti kwemaminitsi 20-25, peel, cheka muzvidimbu uye puree mu blender.

2. Dilute mbiriso mumukaka unodziya

3. Isa maple syrup, vanilla extract, yeast mukaka mumixer mbiya wonyatsosanganisa.

4. Wedzera karoti puree kumusanganiswa uyu uye ufukidze mukanyiwa, zvishoma nezvishoma uwedzere hupfu

5. Wedzera mafuta nemunyu pakupedzisira

6. Nyatsokanya mukanyiwa kusvikira wakanyorova, uise mumudziyo, uvhare nefirimu yezvokudya uye uise munzvimbo inodziya kwemaawa 1-1.5.

7. Isai mafomu nematehwe, mugoparadzira mukanyiwa mukati mawo; vhara netauro uye woisa zvakare kuti uratidze 30-40 maminetsi (mukanyiwa unofanira kupeta saizi)

8. Bika makeke eIsita muhovheni inopisa kusvika 180C kwemaminitsi 30-35.

9. Fukidza makeke eIsita akatonhodzwa nechando.
