1. Kusanganiswa kwevana

Zvinokurudzirwa zvinowedzera: yakabikwa zvihuta mazai kana omelet, ham, chibage, cheese isina mbiriso, yakabikwa mhiripiri.

7. Duet

Zvinokurudzirwa zvinowedzera: mazai akabikwa, tuna yemumagaba kana yakabikwa, mbatatisi yakabikwa, artichokes yakabikwa, uye asparagus.

Kupfeka: yoghuti yakareruka nemafuta emichero, herbs uye garlic kana mafuta omuorivhi

8. Kumaruwa

Zvinokurudzirwa zvinowedzerwa: madomasi akaibva, bhero mhiripiri, magaka, manyoro madiki zucchini, green hanyanisi.

Kupfeka: kirimu yakasviba, isina kunatsiridzwa mafuta anonhuwirira ezuva.
