Nzira yekubika mbatatisi dumplings

1) Mbatata zviri nani kushandisa yakabikwa pane kubikwa; 2) Zviri nani kudarika mukanyiwa kuburikidza nechikafu chekudya, uye kwete kuirova nemaoko - ipapo dumplings ichabuda chiedza uye airy; 3) Muedzo unofanirwa kubvumirwa "kuzorora" kaviri. Basic dumpling recipe Ingredients (ye6-8 servings): 950g mbatatisi (yakakura zviri nani) 1¼ makapu eupfu 3 maspuni bota (kutonhora chaizvo) ½ kapu yakagurwa Parmesan chizi munyu uye pasi dema mhiripiri. Recipe: 1) Preheat oven kusvika 200C. Shamba mbatatisi uye ubike mumatehwe avo kusvika zvinyoro (45-60 maminitsi zvichienderana nekukura kwavo). 

2) Peel mbatatisi uye puree mu blender. Iyo puree inofanira kuva yakajeka uye ine airy. Rega puree itonhorere zvishoma.

3) Mushure memaminitsi gumi nemashanu, wedzera hupfu uye 15 teaspoon yemunyu uye funganisa zvinyoro. Kana mukanyiwa wakanyatsonamira, wedzera hupfu hushoma.

4) Gurai mukanyiwa muzvikamu zvina, gadzira chikamu chimwe nechimwe muhubhu refu 4 cm gobvu, wozocheka diagonally kuita zvidimbu zvinenge 1,2 cm kureba.  

5) Birai mvura muhombe huru, munyu, kuderedza kupisa uye kunyura 10-15 dumplings mumvura. Bika ma dumplings kusvika asimuka. Vapinze mundiro ine chipunu chakaiswa. Gadzirira mamwe dumplings nenzira iyi. 6) Preheat oven kusvika 200C. Isa madumplings papepa rekubheka rakazorwa, pamusoro nemachunks ebhota rinotonhora, risase ne grated cheese uye bheka kusvikira ndarama yakatsvuka, anenge maminitsi makumi maviri nemashanu. Fukidza nemhiripiri pasi uye ushumire. Dumplings ndeyekuwedzera kukuru kune chitubu chemuriwo.
